These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of chainstitch.io (the “Site”) operated by ChainStitch (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Site Purpose
The Site is a pre-launch validation page for ChainStitch, a data preparation tool for supply chain professionals. The product is not yet available. Signing up to be a beta tester only registers you for future updates and screening. No product access is provided at this time.
Beta Tester Signup
By submitting your email and completing the screening questionnaire you request to participate in the upcoming ChainStitch beta test. We may contact you to determine eligibility. Qualification does not guarantee access or a specific launch date.
User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information. You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading data.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by ChainStitch or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and any information provided are offered “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any beta launch date, product features, or availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChainStitch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any delay in the beta test.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.

Privacy Policy

ChainStitch ("we," "us," or "our") operates chainstitch.io (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you sign up to be a beta tester.
Information We Collect
Email address and any details you voluntarily provide in the signup form or screening questionnaire (such as name, company, job role, or supply chain challenges).
Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device information, page-interaction events (such as page views, clicks, and form submissions), and referral source from ads or direct visits. This data is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section below.
We use Sender.net solely to host the email signup form. Sender acts as our data processor and does not use or share your information for its own purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data only to:
Send you the beta tester screening questionnaire.
Notify you if you qualify and when the ChainStitch beta test becomes available.
Improve our understanding of supply chain professionals' needs for product validation.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send unrelated marketing emails. We do use third-party advertising and analytics services to measure the performance of our ad campaigns and improve the Site, as described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies and Information Sharing sections below.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to measure the performance of our advertising, understand how visitors use the Site, and improve the signup experience. The specific services we use are:
Reddit Pixel. We use the Reddit Pixel to measure conversions from our Reddit ad campaigns and to help Reddit optimize ad delivery and measurement. The Reddit Pixel collects information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and events (for example, page views and signup form submissions), and transmits this data to Reddit. Reddit may use this data, including hashed identifiers, for advertising measurement, optimization, cross-device matching, and interest-based advertising.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use GA4 to understand Site traffic, referral sources, and user behavior. GA4 collects your IP address, browser and device information, and page-interaction events.
You can control or disable these tracking technologies through your browser settings or through the opt-out mechanisms described in the Your Advertising Choices section below.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information for monetary value. We share limited information with the following third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Site and our advertising: Sender.net (email signup form hosting), Reddit (advertising measurement and optimization via the Reddit Pixel), and Google (analytics and measurement via Google Analytics 4). Under California privacy law (CCPA/CPRA), the data shared with Reddit and Google through advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention
We retain your information only until the beta test launches or for up to 12 months after collection, whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us at the address below. Colorado and other applicable privacy laws (including CCPA/GDPR where relevant) grant you these rights. We respond to all valid requests within 30 days.
Your Advertising Choices and Do Not Sell or Share
You have the following choices regarding advertising and tracking on the Site:
Reddit. You can opt out of Reddit interest-based advertising by adjusting your Reddit account settings at reddit.com/settings/account (under Privacy & Security, turn off Personalize ads based on information from our partners and related controls).
Google. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Browser controls. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California residents). California residents may request that we stop sharing their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where technically feasible.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure.
